Where To Find The Quality Customized Lifting Magnets?

Customized magnets can be very affordable if businesses choose the right magnet company to work with. Thickness of the Magnet - Be sure that the complete Lifting magnets are 30 mil thick with the actual magnet being 20 mil thick and only 10 mil thick on the printed card. Having a thicker printed portion such as card stock, causes the edges to fray. Being card stock, the rigidity of the card placed on the magnet itself causes the magnet to lift off the refrigerator if the magnet is bent.

UV Nylon Gloss Lamination - This is a lamination that is hard- not just a clear ink overlay. With an overlay of ink, it will not hold up during handling and becomes penetrable by liquids and cleaners. Although it may look OK at first, it will quickly lose its luster- even before you get it to the potential customer. With a nylon gloss overlay, you can write on the magnet with a permanent marker and remove it with a solvent without damaging the print. You cannot do this with clear ink overlay magnets.

Full Color - Be wary of companies that charge more for full color. A customized magnet should come with full color automatically. We do not charge for full color as our print process is a full color one.

  

Cutting Process - Be sure the magnets are die cut and have “Bleed edges”. This means that the print is all the way up to the edge of the Lifting magnets. Without this, many businesses end up with a white border around the magnet.
